There is an urgent need to the intelligent equipment and system up to today and the quick and stable conveying and sorting is the basic demand in this industry. Functional requirements from system users will be mapped to components by suppliers of the equipment or the system. Intelligentized components are needed for the modular design of whole line by suppliers of equipment or system and on the other hand to reduce control links in order to focus on entire distribution and planning. 

With the changed consumption concept in recent years, online shopping has become the major consumption pattern and "Double 11 Shopping Festival" with Chinese characteristics is derived, and numerous shopping activities also promote online retailers to gradually improve storage and distribution system so that many unmanned distribution centers grow up. 

A certain integrator undertakes the planning, design and installation of a certain distribution center including hundreds of meters of roller conveying line and sorting line which is an important link of equipment of the entire distribution center. A serious problem being confronted with customers is that if PLC for hundreds of meters of roller buffer line is used to collect types and control, thousands of point locations will be used in case traditional design and control theory is adopted. Although pile-up function can be achieved, such procedures are more complex, line distribution is inconvenient, so that customers are troubled for this.

Damon Industry and such integrator have a good cooperative relationship. After understanding the demands and troubles of customers, our technical employees and customers hold a product exchange meeting with respect to electric rollers and products and control products and present that IQ-ZONE driving cards are used to replace EQUBE and EZ24 driving cards which customers are used with regard to the characteristics of buffer type transport of rollers in this project. 

IQ-ZONE card has built-in buffer logic with zero pressure and has the functions of automatic configuration, distinguish sensors, parameter setting by software, standard Ethernet communicating cable link and external attachment configuration additional functions. Firstly, through such smart configuration, customers don't need to write additional programs for the buffer transport of rollers and 1-2 electric control employees are saved at least; secondly, field cable distribution is largely reduced, about 2,000 m cables are reduced and 1-2 field installation employees are reduced; thirdly, point locations for information collection are only front and back inlets and outlets to reduce materials and program cost for point location to simplify the entire system; 

According to the solution provided by us, 3-4 staffs for this project are reduced, 10% of material cost and labor cost are spared and such project is completed 4 days prior to planned period.

With respect to this solution, customers are very satisfied and also hope to make more technical communications to understand new products and applications in first time and for subsequent design reference.

The entire unmanned distribution center is tested and delivered to users before "Double 11" to undertake tasks of hundreds of thousands of parcels per day during the Shopping Festival. From the feedback of customers, our products and solutions stand the test of full-load and high-duty "Double 11". There is no complaint caused by our products on site. Our products win the applause of users and customers.
