One-stop solution for belt conveyor rollers 

Belt conveyors are common equipment for conveying long-distance items in logistics systems. Damon provides you with one-stop solutions for MDR, driven pulley, head & tail pulley, snub pulley, tension pulley and anti-static carrying roller for belt conveyors to help you easily build belt conveyor. 

Damon Industry MDR for belt conveyors is built with permanent magnet synchronous motors as the core driver. Cam MDR solution for corner transfer 

Damon Industry cam MDR, as a key component of the lifting mechanism of corner transfer, highly integrates the reciprocator and power element in the lifting process, which fully empowers the customer to design and manufacture the transfer machine: When the cam MDR rotates at 90 degrees, the platforms can be switched, and the efficiency of the equipment can be improved, reaching 2,000+ pierces per hour at a 50% cargo transfer rate. The drive and actuator are integrated, with a compact structure, at a minimum of 180mm. The double cam bit controls the lifting and lowering of platforms respectively. The vertical position of the goods remains unchanged during the transfer process, which facilitates installation and debugging while ensuring product safety. 

Medium-duty poly-vee roller conveying solution 

At the beginning of 2023, we launched a medium-duty poly-vee roller solution that combines a reinforced MDR and a medium-duty passive roller. It features high torque, high safety, convenient maintenance, energy saving, environmental protection and intelligent complete roller conveying solutions to cope with the advancing industry trends. 

The MDR has an enhanced design, and both the electric roller and the passive roller use 11-groove pulleys. Together with the 5PJ multi-wedge belt, the overall load capacity is increased to 300kg; The energy-saving characteristics of DC electric rollers can reduce the energy consumption of conveying equipment by more than 58%; Equipped with Conveylinx, a bus intelligent drive card for industrial Ethernet communication, the driven control is intelligent and networked, and there are four major advantages: remote controllability, automatic identification, strategy execution and systematic preventive maintenance.
