[September 2020] A number of 96 Damon Industry telescopic electric O-belt roller conveyors reached Amazon distribution centers in Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. They were sent from China in three batches, to provide customers with one of the best logistics system solutions.

The project is part of a larger overseas project conceived by Damon Industry’s centralized management and it involves telescopic products. The telescopic conveyor is made of a 25 meters long conveyor line, four units 5 and one unit 4 electric rollers and a frequency conversion control panel to adjust speed. In terms of safety and voltage control, each telescopic conveyor is equipped with a circuit breaker and a convenient emergency stop switch. The solutions provided by Damon Industry Technology Center were fully acknowledged by our customers. User friendly side handles and the long line conveyor’s intuitive and stable design also proved Damon Industry’s professionalism.

The whole process, from planning to delivery and shipping, takes only 40 days. The time left for production and installation is 25 days short and in the event of high temperatures and peak order season, our multi-department team will rely on strict planning to find a way to overcome the challenges. When the long line conveyor passed the tests, received the certificate of approval and reached its destination on time, our small business partners felt like all of their efforts were worthwhile.
