ROLLFLEX headquarters is situated in Singapore and it has factories in Malaysia and Indonesia: ROLLFLEX ( M ) SDN BHD and PT. ROLLFLEX MANUFACTURING INDONESIA. The factory in Malaysia is located in Johor State, just across Singapore, where many Singaporean enterprises chose to build factories, stimulating the manufacturing and logistics industries in the area. The factory in Indonesia is located in Wandan Province and it is surrounded by the top 500 largest Korean and Japanese enterprises, such as Toyota, Honda, Letian, LG and so on, which increased the demand for logistics equipment. Both companies import Damon Industry rollers and after have passed specialized production training, gained competencies to perform assembly and sale of Damon equipment. They are also subject to periodical audit from Damon, which includes manufacturing processes audit, quality control audit, equipment management audit, etc.

However, due to the weak foundation of roller manufacturing and the lack of technology in Southeast Asia, local clients are unable to buy high quality, reliable rollers from the local market. In order to be able to meet demands, big logistics companies are forced to import rollers from abroad at great costs. Despite the fact that Damon Industry has long established direct contact with many Southeast Asian customers, it is still difficult to fundamentally address their pain points. Because of direct dealings with Damon Industry China, customers sometimes experience communication barriers, while shipping and roller transportation by other means cannot guarantee the timeliness of the products.     

Damon Industry took this aspect into account and relying on the good commercial relations between China and Southeast Asia, selected the most professional roller equipment manufacturing company in the area, with which it signed a partnership agreement.   Damon Industry exports roller assemblies and pipes directly to the customer, while at home, performs assembly of Damon rollers, hence, providing local customers with good quality services. As a result of being constantly supported by Damon Industry, Rollflex is now able to offer efficient, specialized logistics solutions.  

ROLLFLEX and DAMON INDUSTRY have been working together for 5 years now, providing services for FEDEX, DHL, GDEX, Rapid scan, etc. Over the years, China has built strong international business relationships.
