In early 2017, Damon Industry purchased a highly-efficient and delicate sawing system from RSA, Germany. After nearly a year’s waiting, the equipment finally landed on the manufacturing shop floor before the end of the year. With the rapid development of the logistics industry, higher requirements have been placed on the speed, stability and low noise of logistics devices, while the quality of the rollers, as the core component of logistics device, has played a crucial role in the operation of the devices. This set of highly-efficient and delicate sawing system is of the advantages of higher precision, higher efficiency, and wider sawing range compared with the ordinary cutting system. The device has undergone cutting tests on hundreds of different types of pipe materials, which is found that the length tolerance is within 0.15 mm and the verticality of the incision is within 0.1 mm. The achievement of this efficiency can reduce the tolerance of final products and enable the sawing system to be operated on the customers’ equipment with higher speed and more stability.

The single-pipe cutting of ordinary equipment has been unable to meet the customer's requirements for increasing order quantity and delivery time. The high-speed double-cutting of the equipment can quickly and massively cut out high-quality pipe materials, with the efficiency three times that of the current automatic cutting machine, which can satisfy customers’ large orders and shorten the order delivery.

The cutting range of ordinary cutting equipment is limited. At present, the tube shafts are all cut separately in the factory according to the dimensions. The introduction of this equipment can cover all the tube shafts. Even the new pulley rollers launched by Damon Industry can be easily cut. In the future, as long as it belongs to batch products, they can all be cut through the equipment.

With the continuous increase in labor costs and human processing, more quality hazards are brought to the products. The use of automated equipment to replace the human processing will be the direction of the development of Damon Industry. Although the initial investment in automated equipment will be relatively high, once it is used, it can better guarantee the product quality.
