Inspection and rectification time started in August and ended in the middle of September, up to a month and a half. Among them, "electroplating industry" was listed as the key audit object. At this point, because of the end customers we had to make an urgent adjustment in the preparation of orders, and needed changeover production of 3300 rollers within a week. The welded pipe is directly galvanized, after which, there are two layers, iron and zinc. The zinc layer on the surface will slowly wear and tear with the use of roller, become thin and even appear natural color of raw material. The "double-sided galvanized pipe" can be a good solution to these problems. "Double-sided galvanized pipe", as its name implies, is made of alloyed galvanized steel (double-sided), reeled into pipe and then welded. Compared with electrogalvanizing, the surfaces of the inner and outer walls both have zinc and there will be no rust on the inner wall. The alloy layer on the surface is uniform and dense, metal base with high bonding strength, non-scale, not falling off, and not easy to rust; Maintaining the original mechanical properties of the metal base, and increasing the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless and no waste emissions. It has no harm to the human body and no pollution to the environment. It is a green product vigorously advocated by the state. After the pipe is cut, the product can be assembled. Under the premise of environmental protection and quality, the product delivery period is obviously shortened .
