Damon Industry Customer Satisfaction Report in 2016

In December, 2016, Damon Industry organized customer satisfaction survey of the year. Truly thank for the active involvement and great support of the customers! 64 customer feedbacks were harvested in this survey. Now the result of the survey is shared with you after careful data statistics and analysis.

In 2016, we made the specific improvement in following aspects: products quality—surface, abnormal sound, products’ packaging, pre-sale/after-sale feedback timeliness, service attitude, build apps and website survey striving to provide qualified services.

In 2016, Damon Industry customer satisfaction score was 87.31 with your strong support.

Under your support and affirmation, our customer satisfaction has been raised year by year while we will put forward higher requests for ourselves and continue to work hard to offer even better service.

Through the customer satisfaction survey, we have found that most customers have given high appraisal to our topics such as ‘package and packing list’ ‘stuff initiative and attitude’ ‘whether the countermeasure and scheme could meet the demands’, ‘reliable and trustworthy cooperative partner’ . Here we are highly appreciating to your recognition. We will do much better for you!  87.31 with your strong support.

However in the meantime, some aspects as following need to be improved urgently.

1. Pre-sale/after-sale feedback timeliness.

2. Product delivery cycle, especially the MDR.

3. Convenience of sample use.

For all this, we have confirmed the specific improvement program in 2017 as following through a series of discussion and communication:

1. To improve pre-sale/after-sale feedback timeliness, ensure the accuracy of pre-confirmation, enhance service consciousness and improve service standard.

2. To improve product delivery cycle          

2.1 To improve MDR delivery cycle         

2.2 To optimize speedy production line of rollers        

2.3 To improve delivery service quality through optimizing delivery supplier and routes.

3. To improve convenience of sample use with the revised MDR Catalogue in accordance with the customers’ suggestions.

4. To improve the products’ quality. To promote the products’ detail disposal through new techniques, such as milling flat, thread.
