At the close of 2012, Damon Industry Group conducted a series employee surveys within its various business divisions, in order to better understand employee attitudes regarding current and future benefits. At the end of April 2013, Damon Industry Group officially announced its new employee benefits scheme and started test run.
In addition to providing significant improvements to basic benefits, the highlight of the new scheme is the introduction of flexible benefits. The group business divisions will be able to adjust annual benefits packages based on the annual performance of each divisions. This will serve to reward outstanding performance and inspire greater efforts from company employees.
In addition, the group human resources department will survey employees annually regarding benefits packages, according to the employees’ choice to shape the annual benefits packages in the future.
