Enterprise culture is the soul of a company. In order to cooperate with the series of activities company fifteen anniversary, let new staff understand the history and future development direction of Damon Industry clearly and promote the new staff to integrate into Damon Industry better, Damon Industry held the meeting of enterprise culture sharing on the night of Dec.19th.

This meeting used the new Interactive quiz mode instead of the old dull way of teaching, leading by Ms Cai, general manager of Damon Industry. The whole process, we are very active, fall over each other to answer the questions. We understood the development history, enterprise vision, values and mission of Damon Industry through this way, and leaned the Lean Manufacturing we are pursuing. This meeting is more impressive than the usual lecture. Also during the meeting, we played many games together, and even popular Gangnam-Style Dance. Finally, Ms Cai shared the development direction of Damon Industry and welfare problems.

The sharing meeting lasted for a full 3 hours, instead of irritable, but increasingly high Intrigue. Through this the easy way to know the enterprise culture, tend to be more popular with staff.
