Large goods and small goods in the transport will encounter various problems. Large goods are too wide (such as refrigerators, door panels), and load capacity will be weak if the roller is too long in transportation, which cannot carry goods; Small goods (small packages) are too thin, and will be jolted or even get stuck if the roller is selected badly; Irregular small goods are more difficult to transport. I. Large goods (wide, long rollers required) 

In general, the length of roll surface is with the width of the transported goods. But when the goods are much wider (2 meters or more), longer rollers will cause its load-bearing capacity to drop sharply and may exceed the capacity at the current length. 

Also, for some reason or limitation, the roller diameter may be limited (it cannot be thickened or strengthened), and it may not be arranged more closely by reducing the center distance. 

Optional scheme:

Damon Industry offers Double-headed Sprocket Rollers that allow users to design multiple rows of rollers. On the one hand, doubling the number of rollers sharing goods' weight means that the load allocated to a single roller is reduced; On the other hand, the length of the roller is shortened effectively, and the bearing capacity of the single roller is improved.

II. Small goods (the number of rollers that can be reached in the transportation direction is small) 

The arrangement density (center distance) of the rollers is considered as the priority in transporting small goods, otherwise, there will be obvious jolting problems in the process. If the arrangement is too thin, the goods will even be stuck between the rollers, which cannot be transported. When there are less than 3 contact rollers in the transportation process, jolting occurs due to the forward inclination of the center of gravity.

Optional scheme: 

Gravity conveyor roller: Φ38mm, Φ25mm or even Φ18mm small-diameter rollers can be selected to achieve the dense distribution effect and smooth transportation. 

Driven conveyor roller: 

1. If the standard Φ50mm roller still cannot meet the three bearing principles in the center distance arrangement, Φ38mm grooved roller and O-belt transmission can be considered. The transmission mode of bottom belt friction can also be used.
